Today 21, July 2022, Mr AKO PETER, founder of the Meg Wah foundation and his team had an orientation session with kids who will partake in the Ecokids project.

He threw more light on the activities which will be carried out by the children, that is, visiting the nursery site which will be done on Tuesday 26th, July by 10:30 am, construction of the nursery, filling of polytene bags, planting of seeds, consistent checking of plants, then finally, planting of the plants when they are ready for planting.

Other programs like refreshment and other fun filled activities will also be carried out.

Consent forms where also distributed to the children so they can give them to their parents so they can sight them there by formally allowing their kids to take part in this program.

The overall attendance for today’s orientation was 25, which involved children from , Buea town and mile 16. We hope the number increases as we proceed with the project.
